At the beginning of 2025, we started our first own housing project. This will let us quickly and easily provide housing for homeless and housing-insecure individuals from our client base who have little chance on the housing market.

For this, a commercial space was converted into residential space. A cluster flat of about 200m² was created, providing space for four people. Each person gets their own lease for two years, for 1-2 rooms with a private bathroom. The kitchen is shared, so there’s space to socialize but also plenty of room for privacy.

Along with the housing, future residents will receive professional, comprehensive, and tailored counseling and support. The goal is to stabilize and sustainably improve the residents’ living situations and help them secure their own (permanent) housing during this time.
