Finding an apartment in Berlin is difficult for everybody \u2013 and for those without housing, it is almost impossible.
At Berliner Obdachlosenhilfe e.V., our social work team supports – clients among other things – in their search for housing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our goal: a safe, long-term place where they can arrive and call home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are we planning?<\/strong>
We want to become housing sponsors<\/em> by purchasing cooperative shares. This gives us the right to allocate apartments, which we then pass on to our clients. The tenants sign their own rental contracts and take full responsibility for their homes \u2013 we simply secure access to the housing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
